You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to register your return. The goods must be received by us within another 14 days. You can find the complete instructions in our withdrawal policy.

Within Germany, return shipping is free for you. We will send you a DHL return label by email. For returns from Austria, Switzerland, or other countries, you bear the shipping costs yourself – please contact us in advance at team@almliebe.com.

Please return the goods unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging. Trying on is, of course, allowed. In case of significant signs of wear, we may charge a reduction in value.

Custom-made items and sealed hygiene articles whose seal you have removed are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For all other items, you can return them without giving a reason.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days after receipt of goods.

Yes. Select "Exchange" in the form and specify the desired size. If the desired item is available, we will send you the exchanged item free of charge after receiving your return.

The order number is in your order confirmation email, starts with # and consists of four to five digits (e.g. #1234).

Yes. As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. You can alternatively declare the legal withdrawal formally using the withdrawal form.
