Shipping and Returns
Everything you need to know about your Almliebe order: shipping, delivery times, returns and refunds, simply explained.
Tracking
As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Using the tracking number it contains, you can check the status of your delivery with DHL at any time. As a registered customer, you can also find the current status in your customer account under 'Orders'.
Shipping Costs
We ship within Germany, to Austria and across the EU. All parcels are sent to you via DHL.
Shipping Partner
Our logistics partner is DHL. All parcels are sent to you through the DHL network, across Germany and to other European countries.
Plastic-Free Delivery
We pack plastic-free: your items arrive in tissue paper, not in plastic bags. We'd be glad if you also avoided plastic when sending something back.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. are processed the same working day and shipped with DHL. For payment by prepayment, processing begins as soon as your payment has reached us.
Some of our designer Trachten are exclusive models that, in individual cases, first have to be ordered from production. In that case the delivery time extends by 2-4 working days and we'll let you know by email.
Delivery to a Packstation
We're happy to deliver your parcel to a DHL Packstation. Simply select the 'Delivery to Packstation' option at checkout. To use it, a short registration at dhl.de is required.
Returns and Return Costs
If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return goods ordered at almliebe.com within 14 days without giving any reason.
Before you register a return, we'd like to quickly show you three options: exchange, keep with a bonus, or send it back. Pick whichever suits you best.
Register the return
In your customer account or via the returns portal: select the item, give a reason, submit.
Choose an option
Exchange for another size, keep it with bonus credit, or a classic refund.
Receive the label
You'll receive your DHL return label by email, within a few minutes, at the latest within 48h Mon-Fri.
Pack & drop off
Pack the unworn item with its tag, attach the label, drop it off at a DHL branch or Packstation.
Exchange instead of returning
If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange directly for another size, free of charge, without first sending it back and reordering. We'll check availability and send you the new piece right away.
Keep it and get a bonus
Sometimes it's worth keeping a piece after all. On selected items we offer you this: keep the piece and receive €10 Almliebe credit + 10% off your next order.
Return Costs
Return shipping is free for you. You'll receive your DHL return label by email and simply drop the parcel off at DHL, with no extra costs.
We reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of returns from outside the DACH region.

Return Conditions
Please understand that we can only accept goods in unworn and flawless condition. A return can only be accepted if the items are free of make-up, stains and residue, as well as odours such as perfume, sweat or detergent. Please return the goods with the original tag attached.
If the condition of the returned goods has deteriorated, for example through soiling, damage or missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and to claim compensation for loss of value within the scope of the statutory provisions. You can find more information in our right of withdrawal policy.
Receiving Your Refund
As soon as your return reaches us, you'll receive an automatic confirmation by email. We process your return within 10-14 working days. The amount to be refunded is then automatically credited back to the payment method used for the order.
Exchange
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible at the moment. If the item you want is available in the online shop in the right colour or size, please place a new order. You can return the original order (or individual items from it) within 14 days. We'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
Cancel an Order
You can only cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet entered the shipping process. To do so, please email us as soon as possible at kundenservice@almliebe.com with the subject 'CANCELLATION'. We'll take care of your request right away.
Transport Damage and Defects
Please inspect the goods for transport damage or other obvious defects upon receipt. If you notice anything, please contact us immediately.
If the box is badly damaged, have the carrier sign for the damage on the delivery note. In that case, refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Delivery
The transport risk lies with the sender, almliebe.com. In the case of a partial delivery, shipping costs are charged only once. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery is made to the delivery address you provided. We assume that a delivery address differing from the billing address does not change our contractual partner. We therefore ensure the fulfilment of our obligations, in particular with regard to existing information obligations, in relation to the billing address provided.
